If you would like to delete your Forget Me Not account, you may do so at any time.
Delete Within the App
- Open the Forget Me Not app
- Go to Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm deletion
Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When your account is deleted:
• All saved medical information is permanently removed
• All uploaded documents and files are deleted
• All reminders, dates, and car maintenance records are erased
• Login credentials are disabled
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days before automatic purge.
We do not retain deleted data for marketing purposes.
